Delivery and Return

TIME LIMIT :

The time for making and shipping items is 5 to 7 working days. Please note that for orders of 3 or more items, this time may be extended. If a delay is likely to occur in delivery, Holbox Spirit undertakes to notify the customer as soon as possible. Holbox Spirit will then contact the postal services to open an investigation, it being specified that the delays of a postal investigation can be long. In the event of a prolonged delay in delivery, the customer is invited to report it as soon as possible to Holbox Spirit by email at: holboxspirit69@gmail.com.

    RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

      Items ordered may be returned within 14 working days of receipt of the package for a refund. Upon receipt of the return package, it will be processed within 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and an email will be sent to the customer to inform him of his refund. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective items).

       

      To make your return:

      • Pack your items in the original packaging (or similar)
      • Drop off your return package at a post office.

      Items should not be damaged . You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of the package (tracking number as proof). Returned items entitle only to a REFUND (no exchange).
