Delivery and returns

What are the different shipping methods?

Delivery can be made to a Relay Point via Chrono Shop2Shop (only for Metropolitan France) or to your home via UPS or Colissimo (La Poste).

What are the delivery rates?

Here are the different prices:

Metropolitan France

  • Relay point: €6.90 (free from €70)
  • At home: €9.90

Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion

  • At home: €12.90 (free from €80)

Swiss

  • At home: €16.90

European Union

  • At home: €12.90 (free from €80)

What are the delivery times ?

Your order will arrive between 7 and 10 business days after your order.

As I design the items in my workshop alone, please note that for orders of 3 or more items, this deadline may be extended because the manufacturing time is longer 😊

To which countries do you ship your products?

We deliver to mainland France, Switzerland, European Union and Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion.

Are returns free?

Yes, returns are free under 2 conditions: that you placed an order in Metropolitan France and that you return your order via Mondial Relay.


If you want to send us a return by La Poste or you have been delivered outside mainland France, the return costs will be your responsibility.

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to make your return, find more information via the Delivery and returns page.

How to make a return ?

You have 14 days to return the affected products, from the date of receipt.

We will refund you within 3 days of receiving your return. The refund will be made to the payment method used to validate the order and you will be informed of the transaction by email 😊

To make a free return via Mondial Relay:

1) Send a return request email to contact@holboxspirit.fr or via the contact form and indicate your order number, the reason for your return and the items to return.

2) You will receive the return label. Download and print the Mondial Relay pre-paid label received by email and stick it on your package.

3) Drop off your package at a Mondial Relay point.

To make a return by La Poste

1) Go to a post office

How will my order be packaged? Is it at risk of getting damaged?

It is important to me that you receive your order in very good condition, without being damaged. This is why the products are packaged in bubble wrap and protected with kraft paper in a cardboard box.

How to track my order ?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email then a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel or modify the order within 48 hours after placing the order, to do so contact me by email contact@holboxspirit.fr or via the contact form 😊

How do I view and edit my invoice?

After confirming your order and paying, your invoice will be sent automatically by email.

You can pay securely by credit card or Paypal directly on the website.

I received my order, but the product is damaged, what should I do?

I am sorry to hear that your order was damaged during delivery. You can contact me by email at contact@holboxspirit.fr and send me a photo of the damaged product. A Mondial Relay prepaid label will be sent to you so that you can return the product. You will have the option to request a refund or exchange.

Are the items delivered already assembled?

Yes, all products are delivered fully assembled and assembled.

What packaging will my product arrive in?

The products are packaged in bubble wrap and protected with kraft paper in a cardboard box.

Is it possible to personalize a product?

Yes, you can ask me for dimensions different from the basic model or another shade by email contact@holboxspirit.fr or via the contact form . I respond within 24 hours to indicate whether the request is feasible and if so I will send you a quote if the customization results in a price change 😊

Do you have stock?

No, everything you see on the site is made to order, there is no advance stock. The manufacturing time is between 4 and 7 working days.
